1General Terms & Conditions

Vbb8 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "vbb8") is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between vbb8 and all of its users.

While these Terms are provided in Bengali, the English version shall be considered final in the event of any legal dispute. vbb8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Register

To open an account on vbb8, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details submitted at registration must be truthful. Providing false information is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Valid email address
• Preferred payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Vbb8 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. After registration, we may request documentation at any time to verify your age and identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (for users aged 18–21)

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on vbb8 are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We use encrypted payment gateways to keep all transactions fast and secure.

Important Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only permitted from verified accounts.
• The payment number used for withdrawals must match the number registered to your account.

6Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be considered void.
• In the event of a connection issue during live betting, the data recorded on the server is considered final.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a system error, vbb8 reserves the right to void it.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• The odds displayed before a match begins are final.
• For draw bets, your full stake will be refunded if the match ends in a draw.
• Handicap betting is subject to the applicable rules and handicap market conditions.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vbb8 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts under one individual.
• Opening an account using another person's identity documents.
• Using any software or bots against the platform.
• Systematically abusing bonuses without meeting the required bonus conditions.
• Participation in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Vbb8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Direction from legal authorities.
• Death of the account holder.

You may also request account closure at any time through customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a violation of our Terms.

9Responsible Gaming
